George Graham
Biography
George Graham is a Louisiana-based writer, award-winning cook, photographer, and author. In 2013 he launched the blog Acadiana Table, which has been a finalist for Best Food Blog in competitions for both Saveur magazine and the prestigious IACP Digital Media Awards. His cookbook Acadiana Table: Cajun and Creole Home Cooking from the Heart of Louisiana, a 320-page collection of stories and recipes published by Harvard Common Press, is in bookstores nationwide.
