My Louisiana Odyssey: A Memoir

My Louisiana Odyssey is a memoir, of living in what Jim Brown describes as the most intriguing and interesting place in America. My Louisiana Odyssey is full of stories about Louisiana’s music, politics, food, art and number of antidotes about living a special way of life. As one ┬áreviewer commented: “No matter how history ultimately judges him, Jim Brown will always be able to say of himself that ‘at least I ain’t led no hum-drum life.’”

Book-loving volunteers are essential to the Louisiana Book Festival's success.
