Monique Boutté Christina is the managing partner of Mulate’s Cajun Restaurant. She has been working with her now-retired father, Kerry Boutté, since the early 1990’s. She moved to New Orleans in January 1997 and has been operating Mulate’s with the help of her husband, Murphy, ever since. She wrote her second cookbook, Let’s Party at Mulate’s, to showcase how we throw parties in South Louisiana!
