Biography

Clancy DuBos is the co-owner and political editor of Gambit weekly newspaper in New Orleans, the on-air political commentator for WWL-TV, and a licensed attorney. Clancy began his journalism career at The Times-Picayune while in college in 1973, then moved to television (and Gambit) in 1981 as an on-air political reporter, analyst, and commentator. More recently, Clancy edited Long Shot, the acclaimed story of the 2015 Louisiana governor’s race by Tyler Bridges and Jeremy Alford.
