Biography

Emily Morrison, author of What Color Is Goodness?, spent her childhood immersed in reading. After graduating from the University of Virginia and completing her law and business degrees at Tulane University, she spent 16 years on Wall Street. Morrison then founded Elysian, an artisanal lifestyle brand with pieces from Istanbul. Her imagination cultivated, she wrote poetry for her children. Morrison lived in New Orleans for over 20 years and recently moved to Sullivan's Island, South Carolina.
