Linda Prout, a retired teacher, received a 2019 Todd H. Bol Award for Outstanding Achievement. She is the steward of the first Little Free Library in Louisiana (#194) and a Little Free Library Ambassador. Through partnerships formed with various groups in the city, more than 200 Little Free Libraries have been built, installed, and stocked with books in New Orleans to promote the love of reading and create stronger communities.
