It's Hot in Louisiana
It's hot in Louisiana--hotter than a beignet, hotter than an alligator's back, hotter than Maw-Maw's red beans and rice! Young children in the Bayou State will certainly relate to all the heat comparisons in this delightfully illustrated board book.
It's Raining in Louisiana
It's raining in Louisiana. There's thunder all around, and we have to park on the neutral ground! The Mississippi River is high, but now we don't have to water the plants. Young children in the Bayou State will certainly recognize all the signs of a rainy day in Louisiana in this exciting board book.
Book-loving volunteers are essential to the Louisiana Book Festival's success.
