The Dreaming I
Your dreams are a powerful and natural tool for growth, healing, and transformation.
Have you had a dream that you can't seem to forget? Do you often awaken in the morning with feelings of uneasiness because of the content of your dreams? Are you simply curious about this alternative universe that you find yourself in at night, which can often feel more visceral and real than your waking life?
The Dreaming I was created for you. This is a one-of-the kind dream workbook created by veteran dreamworker and teacher Kezia Vida, who has been studying and holding space with dreams using a unique blend of Jungian and shamanic/animistic approaches called Natural Dreamwork for ten years. This book will guide you into recognizing your dreams as the gems of personalized divine wisdom that they are. With it, you'll dive even more deeply into the transformative power that is available for you every time you awaken from a dream. This is a flexible workbook designed to help new dreamers start a dream practice, assist long time dreamers, and provide invaluable tools for those who struggle with challenging or disturbing dreams.
