Biography

Christy Warren was born and raised in the small south Louisiana town of Elton. She is currently a professor of education at Louisiana Christian University, in Pineville, Louisiana, where she trains future teachers to love language. She and her husband Wade have two daughters, Casey and Chloe; two sons-in-law, Michael and Dallan; and two grandchildren, Lucy and Sydney. Warren is a collector of words, children’s books, cats, and vintage treasures.
