Katie Green is a board certified Holistic Health Practitioner and Neuromuscular Therapist who owns and operates Green Living Holistic Health & Therapy in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. She ran track and cross country at LSU and transformed her love of anatomy and physiology into a practice where she follows her passion for health. Two years ago, she fulfilled her dream of becoming a published children's author. Gregory's Digestible Alphabet is a children's nutrition book (for parents too!) with 24 nutritious recipes.

Have fun cooking together, as well, using Gregory's easy-to-follow, nourishing recipes included (breakfast, lunch, snack, & dinner options).
As the owner/practitioner of a Holistic Health Clinic, Katie set out on a mission long ago to educate children and parents alike on the healing capabilities of food. The power of nourishing food/vitamins & minerals is vastly underrated, and she aims to change that. 
With the increase of processed foods as well as childhood illnesses, now is the time, more so than ever, to find the beauty in eating well.
