Kelly Harris-DeBerry
Kelly Harris-DeBerry is an award-winning poet and the author of Freedom Knows My Name. Her poems have been published in various publications and art projects. Harris-DeBerry is a nationally respected arts consultant, has served as a literary coordinator for Poets & Writers Inc., and was a guest poetry editor for Bayou Magazine. She currently serves as a national advisor to Literary Maps, a national initiative of the Smithsonian, and is a recipient of fellowships from the Fine Arts Work Center and Cave Canem.
