Frank Brigtsen is the chef/owner of Brigtsen’s Restaurant in New Orleans, Louisiana, which he opened in 1986 with his wife Marna. Chef Frank is a protégé of Chef Paul Prudhomme, whose cuisine has a solid foundation in Creole and Acadian traditions. He has won numerous awards and taught for many years at the New Orleans Cooking Experience, Chef John Folse Culinary Institute (at Nicholls State University), and New Orleans Center for the Creative Arts (NOCCA).
