Jordan Biggs is a Gen Z, south Louisiana-based poet native to Plaquemines Parish. Pre-Katrina, Biggs spent her childhood in Buras, Louisiana, which has become her muse. Her Cajun heritage fused with lived experiences of environmental injustices influenced her poetic debut which can be found in Diving Into Nature: An Eco-Poetry Anthology of Louisiana.
